Sculpt gift cards are strictly redeemable for in-clinic treatments and services. They cannot be used for the purchase of products, either in-store or online, and are not applicable for virtual consultations or any other online purchases.
Gift cards are valid solely for use at Sculpt clinics and must be presented in person. They cannot be applied to any online bookings, product purchases, or transactions outside of Sculpt’s clinic locations.
For new clients, a comprehensive consultation with one of our qualified practitioners is required before their first treatment. This consultation fee can be redeemed against a treatment on the same day.
Sculpt gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The card’s value may not be used towards the purchase of products or gratuities.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACCC), Sculpt gift cards are valid for a minimum of 3 years (36 months) from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly stated on each card. After the expiry date, any unused balance will expire and cannot be redeemed. No additional fees will be charged for card activation or during the valid period.
Sculpt is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Gift cards should be treated like cash, and no replacement cards will be issued.
