Sculpt does not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for purchases of goods for change of mind. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will reimburse you or provide a replacement, as per Australian Consumer Law. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us via email at hello@sculpt.com.au within seven days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the issue and supporting photographs. We offer a flat rate of up to $15 for domestic shipping. Sculpt does not currently offer international shipping. We endeavour to ship all orders within three business days. Your order will arrive via Australia Post. Please note that Sculpt is not responsible for any delays in shipping time. All items purchased from Sculpt are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to Australia Post.

Promotional codes are valid for a specific time and cannot be used cumulatively or in conjunction with other offers. Promotional codes have a limit of one use and one user, and cannot be used for purchases made in-clinic.
