If you choose to proceed with treatment on the day of your consultation, the fee will be deducted from your total treatment cost. There’s no pressure to make an immediate decision. If you need more time, your consultation remains an integral standalone session, providing expert insights and a structured plan to follow at your own pace.
Most consultations are redeemable against same-day services, meaning your consultation fee contributes to your treatment. This includes Skin + Body Treatments, Injectables, Laser Hair Removal and Laser Tattoo Removal.
Some consultations are an integral part of an ongoing treatment process and cannot be redeemed toward another treatment. This applies to Naturopathy (available in person or via telehealth) and Counselling sessions.
While most treatments require a consultation, a few do not. This includes the Buccal Facial Massage, all body massages (Relaxation, Remedial and Lymphatic Drainage) and Release: Therapeutic Cupping.
For IV Infusions, an in-person or telehealth consultation is required before treatment. Since IV Infusions involve a pre-order of specific supplements, a booking will be scheduled during your consultation to ensure all necessary preparations are made in advance.
Our consultations vary based on the treatment you’re considering. In some cases, a separate consultation may be required for certain appointments. No matter the consultation type, our practitioners will make the process clear, smooth and stress-free.
We ask new patients to please arrive 10 minutes prior to their consultation time to allow for form filling and clinical photography.
